Roman warrant of arrest

The Court of Rome issued the first warrant of arrest against Palazzolo, signed by Judge Galasso, requesting his extradition for the following crimes: 416 bis Criminal Code (Mafia association), 416 Criminal Code (association to commit a crime) and article 75 of Law 685/1975 (association with the purpose of financing the trafficking of narcotics).

Included in it were Della Torre and Rossini, both bankers and Swiss nationals, who were only charged 6 months later when the Public Prosecutor in Lugano, Dr. Bernasconi, decided to promote an investigation based on the same facts as published in the Roman case. The reason for their inclusion was that if the Swiss authorities wanted to prosecute in Switzerland they had no choice other than to charge all individuals mentioned in the US and Italian indictments.
